Senior/Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Experience as a Technical Lead with expertise in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, and understanding architecture solutions.
• Translate customer business requirements into functional requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure accurate estimation.
• Lead at least two implementation projects in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, or FSM, including one complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
• Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, integrations with third-party tools, orchestration, and operational activities.
• Proactively analyze and resolve application issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Evaluate correlations and impacts of customer requirements with ITIL and industry standards.
• Handle customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports for both customer and TCS management.
• Orchestrate customer requirements, solutions, risks, challenges, and impacts through excellent communication.
• Manage the project team and members with strong team management skills.
• Participate in planning meetings (e.g., pre-iteration, retrospectives) and provide feedback.
• Evaluate tool stability and performance, providing recommendations as needed.
• Manage conflicts that may arise with customers or internal TCS stakeholders.

Requirements

• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong ITIL process knowledge.

Skills

• ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• ServiceNow custom application design and development (good to have).
• Knowledge of new ServiceNow modules (HRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM, etc.) (good to have).
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (preferred).

$110,000 - $160,000 a year.
