Senior / Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Experience as a Technical Lead with expertise in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, and understanding Architecture solutions.
• Translate customer business requirements into functional requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing requirements to ensure accurate estimation.
• Lead at least a couple of implementation projects in ITSM / ITAM / ITOM / CSM / FSM and complete at least one full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle.
• Expertise in ServiceNow deployments, migrations, consolidations, upgrades, integrations with third-party tools, Orchestration, and operational activities.
• Proactively analyze and resolve application issues.
• Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance with the team.
• Evaluate correlations and impacts of customer requirements with ITIL/industry standards.
• Handle customer meetings and provide weekly/monthly reports for both customer and TCS management.
• Orchestrate customer requirements, solutions, responsibilities, risks, challenges, and impacts through effective communication.
• Manage the project team and members with excellent team management skills.
• Participate in planning meetings (e.g., pre-iteration, retrospectives) and provide feedback.
• Evaluate tool stability and performance, providing recommendations as needed.
• Manage conflicts that may arise with customers and/or internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator and ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong ITIL process knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, FSM, and others.

Skills

• Good to have experience in ServiceNow custom application design and development.
• Knowledge of new ServiceNow modules (HRSD, SecOps, GRC, SPM, etc.).
• Preferred: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
• ServiceNow CSA, CAD certifications (optional).

Pay

$110,000–$160,000 a year.
