Senior Team Leader, Omnibus Operations

About the role

The leader will oversee and advance the omnibus trading platform, ensuring stability, accuracy, and strong operational performance while supporting both production and test environments. The team serves as a key technical resource for the mutual fund product, providing oversight of processes and data that drive a reliable client and branch experience. This role will also help evaluate and enable new product offerings and operational processes that align with evolving industry capabilities, partnering across the firm and with external providers to ensure readiness, reduce risk, and support scalable, efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead overall performance of a high risk, complex team, ensuring delivery against key performance indicators, strong risk mitigation practices, and full compliance with regulatory and supervisory expectations to support consistent client and branch experience.
  • Provide full people leadership, including setting clear expectations, developing talent, and driving accountability to ensure high quality, accurate outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Own operational risk across processes and systems, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial, client service, and control risks while strengthening end-to-end process integrity.
  • Drive continuous platform improvement by leveraging technology, data, and process redesigning to improve scalability, reduce manual touchpoints, and enhance accuracy and timeliness for clients and branches through the partnership with third party provider.
  • Own the relationship with the sub accounting third party vendor, providing oversight, setting performance expectations, and partnering to prioritize enhancements that improve scale, system performance, operational efficiency, and overall service delivery.

Requirements

  • SIE and Series 7 required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in a complex operations environment with financial, regulatory, and client service risk.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent, driving engagement, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance client and branch experience through thoughtful execution.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners and external vendors, including risk, compliance, technology, and third-party providers.

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to relocate to Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO.

Pay

Compensation provided for using, not obtaining, the rating.

Schedule

Work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
