About the role

This role presents an opportunity for a high-performing, leader of associates to lead within a core, essential function of the firm. The pace is fast, risks are high, and the opportunity for personal and department growth is outstanding. SIE and Series 7 required. Series 24 required within 6 months of hire. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in a complex operations environment with financial, regulatory, and client service risk. Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent, driving engagement, and delivering measurable outcomes. Demonstrated ability to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance client and branch experience through thoughtful execution. Experience working with cross-functional partners and external vendors, including risk, compliance, technology, and third-party providers.

Requirements

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
