Responsibilities
- SIE and Series 7 required.
- Series 24 required within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in a complex operations environment with financial, regulatory, and client service risk.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing talent, driving engagement, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, reduce risk, and enhance client and branch experience through thoughtful execution.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners and external vendors, including risk, compliance, technology, and third-party providers.
Requirements
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in a complex operations environment with financial, regulatory, and client service risk.

Skills
Required: SIE and Series 7. Preferred: Series 24 within 6 months of hire.
