Senior Tax Manager - CH Accountants

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients while leading complex tax engagements from planning through execution.
- Review sophisticated tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver proactive tax planning and advisory services to help clients minimize liabilities and achieve financial goals.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop tax staff and managers, including direct report responsibilities.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships (advisory, planning, etc.).
- Support firm growth through business development and community involvement.
- Collaborate with leadership on practice operations and long-term growth strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license required.
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
- Strong experience reviewing returns and leading engagements.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver advisory services.
- Leadership experience with direct reports and team development.
- Strong working knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay
Base salary of $90,000-$115,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience).
