Responsibilities
- Manage sales tax for multiple legal entities in multiple ERP’s: Sage 100, Sage 500, NetSuite, D365 and AX
- Prepare detailed recs for sales tax
- Research, resolve and communicate any discrepancies or outstanding balances on the reconciliations
- Prepare and enter journal entries
- Manage email campaigns to keep our customer exemption certificates current
- Prepare property tax for multiple entities in a variety of states
- Establish and maintain confidential company files and records
- Perform other duties as assigned as an accounting professional
Qualifications
- Accounting or Finance Degree Required
- 3-5 years Accounting or similar Finance experience preferred
- Proficiency in the use of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytic abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High integrity and work ethic
