Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Manage sales tax for multiple legal entities in multiple ERP’s: Sage 100, Sage 500, NetSuite, D365 and AX
• Prepare detailed recs for sales tax
• Research, resolve and communicate any discrepancies or outstanding balances on the reconciliations
• Prepare and enter journal entries
• Manage email campaigns to keep our customer exemption certificates current
• Prepare property tax for multiple entities in a variety of states
• Establish and maintain confidential company files and records
• Perform other duties as assigned as an accounting professional

Qualifications

• Accounting or Finance Degree Required
• 3-5 years Accounting or similar Finance experience preferred
• Proficiency in the use of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications required
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Strong analytic abilities
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• High integrity and work ethic
