Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- 3 - 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Preferred: CPA certification, Big 4 public accounting experience
Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Experience with procurement/vendor onboarding/spend management platforms (ZIP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data analysis)
- High intellectual curiosity and ability to think critically beyond transactional processing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet communicated and expected deadlines
- Able to delegate, develop teammates, and expand the capacity of the team
