Job Details

• Review complex business and individual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate directly with clients to develop and implement tax planning strategies tailored to their goals
• Provide consulting and expertise on business matters, including general retirement planning strategies
• Train and mentor staff and seniors, assessing their performance and fostering professional growth
• Oversee a diverse client portfolio while managing workloads to consistently meet deadlines
