About the role
The Senior Tax Manager will lead tax compliance and reporting efforts, manage relationships with external auditors, and provide strategic tax advice to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee tax compliance and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage relationships with external auditors, including planning and executing audit engagements
- Provide strategic tax advice to senior leadership on complex tax issues
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments
- Contribute to the development and implementation of tax strategies and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tax management or consulting
- Experience managing external audits and providing tax advisory services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Experience with tax software and systems
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay
- $120,000 - $150,000 annually
