We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, accommodation instructions, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Learn More: Click below..." etc. Also remove "The Story of Fiduciary Trust International #Hybrid Experience ..."? That seems like fluff but maybe part of About the role? Actually the posting includes a description of the firm at top. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content accordingly. We have: - Intro about Fiduciary Trust International: description of firm. Could go under "About the role" (or maybe "About the company"). We'll put under About the role. - Then "Senior Tax Accountant Fiduciary Trust International is hiring a Senior Tax Accountant for its Radnor, PA office (Greater Philadelphia Area). This senior-level role will prepare and review complex tax returns, coordinate tax compliance for high-net-worth clients and related entities, and serve as a client-facing resource while partnering with Wealth Advisors, Trust Officers, Operations, and other internal teams to deliver coordinated client service. The position requires strong federal, state, local, and fiduciary tax knowledge; sound judgment; excellent analytical skills; and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-touch wealth management environment." That could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. But we have a separate "How You Will Add Value" section listing duties. That is clearly Responsibilities. Then "What Will Help You Be Successful" includes education, experience, qualifications, skills. That maps to Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. Then benefits and pay: "Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards—monetary and non-monetary — designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results. Along with base compensation, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, a 401(k) plan with a generous match, and recognition rewards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes a range of competitive healthcare options, insurance, and disability benefits, employee stock investment program, learning resources, career development programs, reimbursement for certain education expenses, paid time off (vacation / holidays / sick / leave / parental & caregiving leave / bereavement / volunteering / floating holidays) and a motivational wellbeing program. We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $145,000 - $185,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus." Thus we have Benefits and Pay sections. Schedule: "Ability to work in our Radnor, PA office three days per week." That's schedule info (hybrid). So we can include Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, accommodation instructions, etc. Also remove "Learn More: Click below to learn more about us - Fiduciary Trust InternationalThe Story of Fiduciary Trust International #Hybrid Experience ..." and all that fluff. Also remove "Most benefits vary by location. Ask your recruiter about benefits in your country." That's part of benefits but maybe we keep? It's generic but still substantive? It's about benefits varying by location. Might be okay to keep but it's somewhat generic. However we should keep benefits details; the line "Most benefits vary by location. Ask your recruiter about benefits in your country." is not specific benefit but a note. Could be omitted as boilerplate? It's not exactly boilerplate but it's a generic statement. Safer to omit. Also remove "Franklin Templeton is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

Then Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns, including individual income tax returns (Form 1040), gift tax returns (Form 709), partnership returns (Form 1065), private foundation returns (Form 990-PF), and fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estates (Form 1041).
  • Review assigned returns and supporting workpapers for technical accuracy, completeness, consistency with source documents, and compliance with department procedures.
  • Manage the tax compliance process for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, including gathering financial information, coordinating deliverables, communicating with clients, and addressing tax-related inquiries.
  • Conduct tax research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations to management and clients.

  • Participate in client meetings and communicate tax matters and planning recommendations in collaboration with Wealth Advisors and Tax Management.
  • Assist with tax notices, audits, and other tax authority inquiries.
  • Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company and its clients.
Note: The "How You Will Add Value" list includes some duplicated items (tax research appears twice). We should keep all but avoid duplication? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove duplicated lines. So we need to remove duplicated lines. The list includes "Conduct tax research on complex tax issues and provide recommendations to management and clients" appears twice (once in first bullet set, later again). Also "Conduct tax research on complex federal and state issues and provide well-supported recommendations to Tax Management and clients." Slightly different but similar. We should keep both if they are not exact duplicates? They are similar but not identical; one mentions "complex tax issues" and the other "complex federal and state issues". Might be considered distinct. However to be safe, we can keep both but maybe combine? The instruction says remove duplicated lines. If they are not exact duplicates, we keep. We'll keep both as separate bullets. Now Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We have "What Will Help You Be Successful" includes: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. - Master's degree in Taxation preferred. - 8-12 years of experience in public accounting, private client tax, fiduciary tax, and/or wealth management tax services. - CPA or EA designation preferred; CFP designation is a plus. - Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, with significant experience preparing and reviewing Forms 1040, 709, 1065, 990-PF, and 1041. - Experience with CCH Axcess Tax is strongly preferred. - Experience with CCH Scan, Bloomberg Tax/BNA Tax Planner, CCH AnswerConnect, or Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Trust Tax is a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly to internal and external stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Ability to work in our Radnor, PA office three days per week. We could split into Requirements (education, experience, certifications) and Skills (analytical, communication, etc.). But the instruction allows us to use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have enough for Requirements (education, experience, certifications) and Skills (analytical, communication, ability to work independently, etc.). Also we have specific technical skills (CCH Axcess Tax etc.) maybe under Skills or Qualifications. We'll create:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • Master's degree in Taxation preferred.
  • 8-12 years of experience in public accounting, private client tax, fiduciary tax, and/or wealth management tax services.
  • CPA or EA designation preferred; CFP designation is a plus.

  • Experience with CCH Scan, Bloomberg Tax/BNA Tax Planner, CCH AnswerConnect, or Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Trust Tax is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex tax matters clearly to internal and external stakeholders.

Schedule:

Schedule

Hybrid work arrangement: ability to work in the Radnor, PA office three days per week.

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO etc. Also we removed duplicated lines? We kept both tax research bullets; they are not exact duplicates. Good.
