About the role

- Conduct initial outreach and introductory screens to assess qualifications, credentials, and interest before handing strong candidates to recruiters.
- Bring data to the process. Track outreach volume, response rates, conversion rates, and qualified submissions; use funnel analytics to guide where to focus next.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and ideal candidate profiles.
- Keep Greenhouse pristine with accurate, detailed candidate records, and continuously evaluate new sourcing channels, tools, and AI technologies.
