Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting, managing 10-15 requisitions independently
- Guide hiring teams and candidates through a seamless hiring experience
- Collaborate with leaders to craft strategic hiring initiatives that align with business growth
- Shape company culture through intentional hiring practices and creating a positive candidate experience
- Stay informed on hiring trends and market shifts to bring innovative ideas to the recruiting process
- Interact face-to-face with managers regularly to foster collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience or Master's degree with 3 years experience
- 3+ years recruiting experience in Operations and G&A sales and commercial roles within biotechnology or medical device sectors
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Workday, and social media recruiting techniques
- Experienced in training hiring managers on various interview styles, including behavioral and cultural questions
- Strong communication skills with effective stakeholder management across all organizational levels
