Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting, managing 10-15 requisitions independently
  • Guide hiring teams and candidates through a seamless hiring experience
  • Collaborate with leaders to craft strategic hiring initiatives that align with business growth
  • Shape company culture through intentional hiring practices and creating a positive candidate experience
  • Stay informed on hiring trends and market shifts to bring innovative ideas to the recruiting process
  • Interact face-to-face with managers regularly to foster collaboration

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience or Master's degree with 3 years experience
  • 3+ years recruiting experience in Operations and G&A sales and commercial roles within biotechnology or medical device sectors
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Workday, and social media recruiting techniques
  • Experienced in training hiring managers on various interview styles, including behavioral and cultural questions
  • Strong communication skills with effective stakeholder management across all organizational levels
