About The Role

YETI is seeking a Senior Talent Business Partner to partner closely with executive leaders in the Americas Commercial organization to design and execute forward-looking talent and organizational strategies. This role combines deep business acumen, organizational design expertise, and change leadership to enable scalable growth and high-performance teams. This role will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and large-scale transformation initiatives across key business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Partnership
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning talent strategy with business priorities
    • Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning and organizational strategy
    • Translate long-term business strategy into proactive talent roadmaps, ensuring the organization has the capabilities, leadership, and structure needed to achieve future growth objectives
  • Organizational Design & Effectiveness
    • Drive org design initiatives, including restructuring, role clarity, and operating model evolution
    • Apply insights from prior organizational experience to build scalable, high-performing teams
    • Leverage data and external market insights to diagnose organizational health, identify capability gaps, and recommend structural improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business performance
  • Transformation & Change Leadership
    • Lead complex design change initiatives, including end-to-end change management planning and execution
    • Build and deliver clear, compelling communication strategies to support adoption and engagement
    • Ensure change efforts are measurable, sustainable, and aligned with long-term business outcomes
  • Talent & Leadership Development
    • Coach and develop leaders to strengthen organizational capability and effectiveness
    • Identify and accelerate top talent while building robust succession pipelines

Requirements

  • Greater than 8 years of progressive HR / Talent Business Partner experience, including significant time supporting executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience supporting commercial organizations or Sales teams preferred
  • Prior experience with demonstrated exposure to organizational design and transformation work
  • Proven track record in organizational design, operating model development, and workforce strategy
  • Strong expertise in leading large-scale change initiatives, including communication strategy and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into talent solutions
