Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles under the guidance of senior recruiters and TA leadership
- Build and manage sourcing pipelines for quota-carrying roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and other tools
- Conduct initial candidate screens and deliver clear, structured assessments to hiring managers
- Support offer preparation and candidate communication through the close process
- Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS and contribute to pipeline reporting for stakeholders
- Develop working knowledge of the fintech and payments talent landscape, including key competitors and candidate profiles
- Contribute to process improvements and share learnings with the broader TA team
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to Sales or GTM hiring
- Solid sourcing skills with hands-on experience engaging passive candidates
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong ATS hygiene and process discipline
- Clear communicator who can represent Airwallex well with candidates and hiring managers alike
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple open reqs simultaneously
- Coachable and growth-oriented, with a genuine interest in building expertise in commercial hiring
Qualifications
- Experience hiring for fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sales roles (preferred)
- Experience with Ashby (preferred)
