Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sales

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles under the guidance of senior recruiters and TA leadership
  • Build and manage sourcing pipelines for quota-carrying roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and other tools
  • Conduct initial candidate screens and deliver clear, structured assessments to hiring managers
  • Support offer preparation and candidate communication through the close process
  • Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS and contribute to pipeline reporting for stakeholders
  • Develop working knowledge of the fintech and payments talent landscape, including key competitors and candidate profiles
  • Contribute to process improvements and share learnings with the broader TA team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to Sales or GTM hiring
  • Solid sourcing skills with hands-on experience engaging passive candidates
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong ATS hygiene and process discipline
  • Clear communicator who can represent Airwallex well with candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple open reqs simultaneously
  • Coachable and growth-oriented, with a genuine interest in building expertise in commercial hiring

Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sales roles (preferred)
  • Experience with Ashby (preferred)
