Overview of the Role

Precisely is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts primarily for Go-to-Market Sales roles across the United States and EMEA. This role will also support hiring initiatives across Finance, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Customer Support, and Corporate Operations as business needs evolve.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and has a proven track record hiring high-performing sales talent within enterprise software, SaaS, data, technology, or related industries.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance across multiple business functions.
  • Lead hiring efforts for a variety of GTM roles, including Account Executives, Sales Directors and Leaders, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success professionals, Sales Engineers and Solutions Consultants, Channel and Partner Sales roles.
  • Support recruitment across Finance, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Support, and other corporate functions as required.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across the US and EMEA.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
  • Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality of hire, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary recruiter for summer internship hiring across the US and Canada.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, clarify success profiles, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Facilitate intake meetings, interview calibration sessions, and offer discussions.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise, Greenhouse ATS platform, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.

Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, clarify success profiles, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, compensation insights, and hiring best practices.
  • Facilitate intake meetings, interview calibration sessions, and offer discussions.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise, Greenhouse ATS platform, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates.

Required

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in enterprise software, SaaS, data, technology, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles across the US and EMEA.
  • Experience supporting go-to-market teams selling into industries such as financial services, insurance, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, public sector, and other enterprise markets.
  • Experience sourcing and assessing passive talent in competitive talent markets.
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Experience working with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, including a workload of up to 15 requisitions with mixed seniority levels from individual contributor through Director.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed hiring managers and interviewers.
  • Experience recruiting interns and managing summer internship hiring, including partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify and attract emerging talent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, IT, or Customer Support.
  • Familiarity with international recruiting practices and employment considerations across EMEA.

AI Skills/Knowledge

  • Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools and platforms, including Microsoft Copilot, Greenhouse Talent Matching, LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise AI-Assisted Search and AI-Assisted Messages, and other AI tools that support sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting productivity.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

The position is 100% remote and must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
