Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)
About the role
The Talent Acquisition team supports multiple business functions, translating business priorities into effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a pipeline of high caliber candidates through sourcing efforts, referrals, and direct applicants.
- Understand the traits, skills, and qualities required of prospective candidates for positions across levels and manage the selection process.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure managers buy-in and commitment to hiring.
- Conduct regular business organization partner meetings to educate on recruiting best practices, market data, and recruiting processes.
- Revise recruiting plans and processes to reflect key hiring requirements.
- Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders, and work cross-functionally with finance and immigration team if necessary.
- Participate in employer branding projects and other initiatives to increase recruitment efficiencies and advance the function.
- Maintain metrics and analytics in participating in weekly discussions with your manager.
- Adhere to and apply Envestnet's legal, compliance, risk, business continuity, and administrative policies within the role and department(s).
Requirements
- 8+ or more years of professional recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for multiple business functions including sales and technology.
- Experience partnering and building relationships with hiring managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the recruiting process.
- Experience utilizing recruiting metrics, reporting, and data to support recruiting activities and hiring decisions.
- Experience developing talent intelligence resources, including competitor analyses, talent market mapping, workforce trends, and pipeline analytics.
- Nice to have: Experience leading recruiting projects, programs, or people; experience operating in complex, fast-paced corporate environments; recruiting experience within financial services, fintech, technology, or related industries; knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration processes and regulations; Jobvite and Workday ATS experience; strong verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
