About the role

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for open positions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
  • Prepare and present candidate packages to hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate relationships and follow-up on applications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other ATS systems.
  • Knowledge of job market trends and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
