Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
- Prepare and present candidate packages to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate relationships and follow-up on applications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other ATS systems.
- Knowledge of job market trends and industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
