About the role
Ben Hur Construction Company is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us attract the people who build our future. In this highly visible role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for key field, professional, and leadership positions, strengthen talent pipelines, and partner with leaders across the business to support smart, timely hiring decisions.
What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for key field, professional, and leadership roles
- Build strong candidate pipelines that support today's openings and tomorrow's growth
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, shape recruiting strategies, and support confident hiring decisions
- Create a professional, responsive candidate experience from first contact through offer support
- Lead campus, intern, and early-talent recruiting efforts that introduce future builders to Ben Hur
- Develop relationships with colleges, universities, trade programs, and recruiting partners
- Use recruiting activity, pipeline health, and time-to-fill data to improve hiring results
- Represent Ben Hur in the market with professionalism, energy, and pride in the work we do
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication, or other related field.
- A proactive recruiter who enjoys sourcing, engaging candidates, and building long-term relationships
- Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and judgment
- Ability to manage multiple openings, priorities, and deadlines with discretion and confidentiality
- Experience in construction, skilled trades, or another field-based environment is a plus
