Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We're partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead executive and leadership-level searches during an exciting period of growth and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer
• Source, screen, and interview Manager, Director, and Executive-level candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and define hiring needs
• Create interview guides, competency-based questions, and hiring materials
• Cook up interviews and prepare hiring teams throughout the process
• Maintain ATS data and recruiting activity reports
• Track recruiting metrics using Excel

Requirements

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting senior leadership and executive-level talent
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches independently
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• PREFERRED: Greenhouse or Workday experience
• PREFERRED: Nonprofit or education recruiting experience
• PREFERRED: Experience supporting fast-paced, evolving organizations
