About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll create and execute proactive recruiting and sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers across the organization, and collaborate with HR team members to identify and hire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Full life-cycle recruiting
- Strategic sourcing and candidate pipeline development
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Collaborating with HR team members on recruitment initiatives
Requirements
- 3 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience; corporate recruiting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Diversity-focused recruiting experience
- Experience with community and college outreach programs preferred
- Experience with HCM/ATS preferred
