About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing global team. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of high-tech roles, partnering closely with hiring managers in both the US and Israel. You’ll play a key role not only in hiring top talent, but also in strengthening our local employer brand and delivering an exceptional candidate experience that reflects who we are.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end recruiting processes across a range of high-tech roles (technical and non-technical).
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership across the US and Israel to deeply understand hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, diverse talent.
- Act as a local ambassador for HoneyBook, helping to build and strengthen our employer brand in the Bay area.
- Create and deliver an outstanding, thoughtful, and consistent candidate experience that reflects HoneyBook’s values at every touchpoint.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes.
- Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall recruiting effectiveness.
- Collaborate on global recruiting initiatives, processes, and best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience within hyper growth tech companies, at least one startup environment.
- Experience working in a global environment, collaborating with international teams.
- Proven track record of hiring across diverse roles, including technical and member care positions.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technologies.
- A people-first mindset and a deep commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
