We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team and help drive hiring across the U.S. Based in our New Jersey office, this role will own full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of positions and serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to find great talent—not simply manage applicants. You'll develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines for current and future needs, provide market insights, and help leaders make thoughtful hiring decisions. As UVeye continues to scale, you'll also have the opportunity to help strengthen our recruiting processes, tools, and practices while collaborating closely with TA and HR partners globally. This is an in-office position based at our New Jersey office.*
