About the role

Coloplast has an exciting Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner position to join our growing North America Talent Acquisition Team. This is a hybrid position located in the Minneapolis, MN area. This highly visible individual contributor role is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Coloplast North America. The end‑to‑end recruiting process includes facilitating hiring manager meetings, developing recruitment strategies, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and converting final candidates to the offer and acceptance stage. As a first face of Coloplast, you will serve as an “ambassador” of our company, ensuring a great candidate experience and helping to enhance our employer brand in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the execution of a recruitment strategy for all assigned requisitions, including specialized recruitment for specialized non‑sales positions across Interventional Urology and other business units.
• Build relationships with leadership across various business areas of the Coloplast Group, including but not limited to, Chronic Care, Comfort Medical, Wound & Tissue Repair, Interventional Urology, and Voice & Respiratory.
• Work with stakeholders to understand the key competencies required for each position.
