How You’ll Make An Impact End to end responsibility for the recruiting framework managing technical / engineering related positionsResponsible for being an active member of the Global TA community, sharing knowledge and best practice to support assigned business areaMaintain a deep understanding of the current labor market trends, competitors and general recruiting trends and intelligenceCreate and maintain excellent relationships with customers and partners for assigned business areaBuild and maintain a community of potential future candidates against hiring plan, ensuring excellent communication and experience for our candidatesApply multiple creative techniques to proactively identify, source and secure talent through appropriate channels including our Application Tracking System (Avature), LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience gained within a corporate, agency, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment. Energy industry experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate data into actionable insights that influence business decisions and hiring strategies.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships and advise leaders at all levels of the organization.Experience leading growth hiring initiatives and developing creative sourcing strategies through networking, talent mapping, direct outreach, market intelligence, and multiple sourcing channels.Experience leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools, talent intelligence platforms, and data-driven insights to identify, engage, and attract top talent while supporting strategic workforce planning and business growth initiativesWillingness and ability to work onsite a minimum of three days per week.
