Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Handle complex roles including sales, technology, management, and other niche positions.
- Proactively source candidates and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to make strong hiring decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategies, interviewing, and selection.
- Post jobs, manage requisition approvals, and ensure accurate job data.
- Track and manage candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate communications for a positive experience.
- Provide reports, staffing updates, and ad-hoc recruitment metrics.
- Work with HR and business partners to ensure smooth hiring operations.
- Contribute to process improvement and talent acquisition projects.
- Model company values and professionalism in all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum High School diploma/GED plus 7+ years of recruiting).
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in professional services.
- Proven success recruiting for sales, technology, and senior-level roles.
- Experience in financial services or mortgage industry preferred.
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (UltiPro/UKG a plus).
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
- Must be comfortable with headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
