Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Handle complex roles including sales, technology, management, and other niche positions.
  • Proactively source candidates and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to make strong hiring decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategies, interviewing, and selection.
  • Post jobs, manage requisition approvals, and ensure accurate job data.
  • Track and manage candidate and requisition data in the ATS.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes.
  • Negotiate offers and manage candidate communications for a positive experience.
  • Provide reports, staffing updates, and ad-hoc recruitment metrics.
  • Work with HR and business partners to ensure smooth hiring operations.
  • Contribute to process improvement and talent acquisition projects.
  • Model company values and professionalism in all interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum High School diploma/GED plus 7+ years of recruiting).
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in professional services.
  • Proven success recruiting for sales, technology, and senior-level roles.
  • Experience in financial services or mortgage industry preferred.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (UltiPro/UKG a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
  • Must be comfortable with headhunting and engaging passive candidates.
