Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, guiding them through the selection and offer stages of the recruitment process
- Utilize Power BI to monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Manage candidate communications at the offer stage, ensuring a high-touch and professional experience
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Workday)
- Leverage a variety of AI tools to streamline recruitment tasks such as writing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, and analyzing candidate data to improve efficiency and consistency
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and culture during candidate interactions
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to ensure clear and inclusive communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong emphasis on interview facilitation, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation
- Experience recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated success utilizing data and partnering with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes and improve recruitment processes
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Workday or similar platforms preferred
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
