As we grow our organization, we are adding a Dentist Recruiter to contribute to our sustained success. The dental industry continues to thrive and be highly competitive. Understanding the industry and having directly related experience are paramount to success in this role. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is proactive, builds tremendous relationships, and has a passion for finding talent where others cannot. This position is remote with travel to industry and school events (up to 30%).
Responsibilities
- Work with Clinical and Operations teams to determine clinical talent needs and develop a recruiting plan/strategy, then execute accordingly.
- Develop and execute innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to fill open clinical positions.
- Make initial candidate contact, build relationships, and network with prospective candidates to increase interest in current and/or future job opportunities.
- Use job sites, news, blog sources, and other social networking sites to identify and engage both passive and active candidates.
- Partner with marketing and recruiting leadership to focus on recruitment marketing to expand reach and increase candidate activity.
- Participate in and often lead recruiting efforts at industry and school events.
- Live Elite Dental Partners’ purpose and values, serving as a brand ambassador on social media, in school recruiting efforts, and other opportunities for positive exposure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a business or human resources emphasis.
- Two (2) years of dentist recruiting experience; physician recruiting experience in a similar healthcare model may also be considered.
- Mastery of external source development using sites and social media to engage candidates.
- Experience and contacts with dental schools in our footprint is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for interviews and events.
- Collaborative, supportive approach when leading an efficient, effective interview process.
- Passion for creating a positive candidate experience and building relationships.
- Driven to add clinicians to provide access to care for patients.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills: proficient with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse is a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%.
- Ability to move and/or lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay
Salaried rate: $100,000 - $110,000 USD. Bonus eligible.
