About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you play a critical role on the North American Client Group (NACG) recruiting team, partnering with hiring managers on the development and implementation of recruitment strategies for a variety of teams, including sales, product, and marketing. You will provide thought leadership to your stakeholders which includes Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates. You pride yourself on your ability to juggle multiple priorities while also providing a best-in-class candidate and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Balance multiple stakeholders and client groups while delivering a high-touch, client- and candidate-focused recruitment process.
- Design search strategies, leveraging active and passive sourcing methods to identify qualified internal and external candidates for open positions.
- Apply deep assessment skills to draw objective and insightful conclusions about a candidate’s experience and expertise.
- Demonstrate rigor around time management and search execution, managing multiple searches simultaneously.
- Use metrics and tools to make objective, data-driven decisions, recognizing patterns in the business or with candidates to create compelling stories that influence key business partners.
- Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted talent advisor to the business and HR partners.
Requirements
- Previous recruiting experience supporting front-office, client-facing business groups within financial services and/or investment management industries.
- Deep understanding of sales-oriented compensation structures, market dynamics, and the critical talent needed to achieve business objectives.
- Intellectual curiosity and agility, with comfort working across a variety of different functions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful, and engaging.
- Track record of building strong relationships and being viewed as a trusted talent advisor.

Pay
Charlotte Base Salary Range: $108,048–$172,877
New York Base Salary Range: $133,471–$213,554
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, you will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus.
