Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for corporate and support services positions.
- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives to support organizational growth.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and create effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage and mentor recruiting team members, providing coaching and professional development.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, search firms, and vendor partners.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies to streamline recruitment processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives and candidate experience programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and leadership teams on recruiting initiatives and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with at least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
- Previous Talent Acquisition management experience required.
- 7+ years of dental recruiting experience required, including provider/physician recruiting.
- Strong experience developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines.
- Prioritized proven ability to lead recruitment efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience recruiting across multiple levels and functions.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS experience highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
