Strong expertise in leveraging RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, and modern integration patterns. Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, MongoDB, GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, and containerized application developments. Proven track record of delivering scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Incident management - troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and execute resolution steps Anchor daily support activities from onshore along with handover activities to offshore team Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. Build and implement event-driven and asynchronous systems using Apache Kafka and/or RabbitMQ Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure. Design and implement RESTful APIs, service integrations, and distributed application components. Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React and Node.js. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring reliable and automated deployments. Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using Azure SQL Database and MongoDB. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Lead system design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability through best engineering practices. Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership on architecture, design patterns, and implementation approaches. Drive modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, and microservices transformation programs. Skill Requirements Backend: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs. Frontend: Good to have expertise in React JS. Database: Hands-on experience with MongoDB,Azure SQL. Messaging: Experience with Apache Kafka and Rabbit MQ for distributed messaging. Version Control: Git/GitHub or similar tools. Build Tools: Maven/Gradle. Testing: Knowledge of Cucumber for BDD. Familiarity with integration testing and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling). Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Understanding of CI/CD pipelines - Github, Jenkins AI Tools: Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini Kubernetes Development Tools: IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, SOAPUI,Tomcat
