Senior Technical Manager

The Role Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on AI/ML and GenAI solution delivery. Set strategic technical direction for the AI Enablement team, advocating for engineering best practices and scalable architecture. Partner with business leaders and IT teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps. Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent AI initiatives, from ideation through production deployment. Drive the design and development of AI/ML and GenAI solutions. Champion the use of low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate) and Claude Skills. Establish and enforce DevOps, CI/CD, and data governance practices. What You'll Need Proven experience leading technical teams in AI/ML solution development. Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI principles and technologies. Experience with strategic technical direction setting and architectural design. Ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and IT development teams. Experience overseeing complex AI initiatives in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and data governance best practices.
