Senior Systems Engineer Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead
About the role
Make the world's most advanced Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS) even smarter! As a Systems Engineer - SWIS Integrated Product Team Lead, you'll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for SWIS Systems Development. An IPTL leads a cross-discipline team, manages technical, schedule, and cost aspects, ensures product quality and contract compliance, and assists in reporting and EAC development.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required

- SP23 and GDMS Process Expertise

Pay
USD $118,519.00/Yr. - USD $131,482.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
Schedule
This position is on-site with the ability to occasionally Flex from Home in the future. While on-site, you will be a part of the Pittsfield MA facility.
