About the role
Make the world’s most advanced Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS) even smarter! As a Systems Engineer - SWIS Integrated Product Team Lead, you’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for SWIS Systems Development. An IPTL leads a cross-discipline team, manages technical, schedule, and cost aspects, ensures product quality and contract compliance, and assists in reporting and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) development.
Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-discipline team in the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools.
- Apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions as a creative thinker.
- Provide technical leadership and position others for success as a collaborative team player.
- Use strong presentation and communications skills in negotiation to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months of relevant experience.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required to obtain within a reasonable amount of time.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.

Pay
Target salary range: USD $100,219.00/Yr. - USD $111,180.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary.
Schedule
- On-site at the Pittsfield, MA facility with the ability to occasionally flex from home in the future.
- 9/80 schedule (every other Friday off work, if desired).
