Principal Systems Engineer - Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead

About the role
As a Systems Engineer for the Strategic Weapon Interface Simulator (SWIS) Integrated Product Team Lead, you’ll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for SWIS Systems Development. An IPTL leads a cross-discipline team, manages technical, schedule, and cost aspects, ensures product quality and contract compliance, and assists in reporting and Earned Value Management System (EAC) development.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable timeframe. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.

Pay
Target salary range: USD $142,696.00/Yr. – USD $158,303.00/Yr. This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and geographic location.
Schedule
This position is on-site at the Pittsfield, MA facility with the ability to occasionally flex from home in the future.
