Senior Systems Designer, EPD

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee workflows within Jira for engineering, product, and design teams
• Ensure alignment between Jira representation and actual working practices
• Develop agents and automation systems independently, with a focus on AI integration
• Engage with teams to ensure their practices align with the developed system
• Analyze delivery breakdowns and implement solutions targeting root causes
• Collaboratively build expertise amongst teammates and elevate their skills
• Maintain accountability for project outcomes, including post-launch adoption and optimization

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in systems design or related roles
• Proficiency in Jira and workflow design
• Recent experience building agents and automation, incorporating AI tools
• Strong problem-solving skills to address delivery breakdowns at their root
• Able to influence and drive adoption across teams without authority
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies independently, especially in AI
• Real-world experience in delivering completed projects without needing formal engineering background
