Senior Systems Administrator with Security Clearance

About the role

CGS is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency. The ideal candidate will manage the archiving of Relativity databases, develop and document workflows, and collaborate with legal and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the archiving of Relativity databases
  • Create, manage, and document Relativity ARM workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to determine system requirements
  • Design entire system to meet defined requirements
  • Perform systems evaluations and make presentations of findings, recommendations, and specifications
  • Direct and supervise personnel assigned to perform on-task orders, ensuring conformance to work standards and technical design conformity
  • Prepare system/technical documentation and organize and conduct user training sessions
  • Lead a technical team, analyze attorneys' needs, and design and implement a whole system solution responsive to those needs

Requirements

  • Significant Relativity experience, including creation of ARM's
  • Substantial, hands-on experience in actual work on the systems being used, typically at least five years
  • Broad knowledge of Government IT environments, including office automation networks, PC and server-based databases and applications
  • Experience in a litigation support environment is helpful
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in computer science or information management/technology disciplines
  • Public Trust clearance required

$101,920 - $131,040 annually
