Responsibilities
- Provide support onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email.
- Develop solutions for systems & networks supporting mission critical and essential infrastructure.
- Analyze existing systems & networks and make proactive recommendations for change and efficiency.
- Willing to perform minimal break-fix tasks.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 8 years technical experience with a bachelor's degree in an IT field; 5 years with a master's degree, and 3 years with a PhD degree
- Experience with Windows and/or Linux Server Operating Systems
- Experience with Infrastructure Re-Architecture Support
- Experience with Enterprise Security Assessment Support and A&A accreditation
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA Certification
- Experience with Juniper Firewalls
- Knowledge of Server Operating System MS 2019
- Knowledge of Power Shell and basic commands
- Knowledge of MS patching process using WSUS
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Knowledge of RMF and A&A accreditation process
