For our client, a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space, we are seeking a Senior System Integration Engineer to lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

About the role

This position will drive HBM and LPDDR system integration, bringup, characterization, and debug for SoCs, owning memory performance, power management, thermal, and reliability closure across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

  • Drive HBM and LPDDR system integration, bringup, characterization, and debug for SoCs
  • Own memory performance, power management, thermal, and reliability closure across multiple domains
  • Lead post-silicon margining and correlation work across varying conditions
  • Debug and resolve memory training and system-level stability issues
  • Define comprehensive validation, characterization, and issue-tracking plans across projects

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of experience in HBM, LPDDR, or high-speed memory systems, with expertise in silicon bringup, characterization, and debug
  • Deep knowledge of Signal Integrity/Power Integrity (SI/PI), timing, and memory training behavior
  • Experience collaborating across design, package, firmware, validation, and product teams
  • Strong instinct for identifying and resolving potential product problems related to memory behavior

Pay

$196,000 – $310,500 annually

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available)
