Senior Surgical Technologist

Responsibilities

• Support complex surgical procedures in a fast-paced OR environment
• Set up and maintain sterile fields, manage instruments and supplies
• Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure safety and infection control standards are upheld
• Mentor peers and support process improvements
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teams

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in surgical technology, preferably in a hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, infection control, and safety protocols
• Ability to support and mentor team members
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
