Senior Supervisor, Housing

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, room inspections, and incident response.
• Scheduling and supervision of housing team members such as front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance support.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, cleanliness, and housing policies.
• Serving as a liaison between residents and park leadership to address concerns and enhance the housing experience.
• Collaborating with Facilities and Security teams to maintain a safe and functional living environment.
• Planning and supporting community-building activities and housing events.
• Maintaining accurate records of occupancy, maintenance requests, and incident reports.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A college degree in Hospitality, Property Management, or a related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in housing, hospitality, or property management.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
