Senior Superintendent

About the role

We're planning ahead for upcoming projects in 2026 and are looking for Senior Superintendents. We welcome resumes and are starting early conversations now for candidates with a great attitude, strong client focus, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction progress, quality control, and a clean site.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.
• Work in partnership with the Project Manager to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects changes in project status and meets cost and time requirements.
• Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviations in project direction.
• Promote positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent at a general contractor.
• Experience in managing field personnel and all trades on site with strong communication skills, as well as training, developing, and mentoring others.
• Experience with large commercial out-of-the-ground work, including a complete understanding of full site work packages and high-level finishes.
• Experience with complex, logistically challenging, fast-paced, and high-visibility projects is required.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Pay

Miami Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $225,000. The range stated is specific to Miami. Placement within the listed range depends on factors including years of experience, project size capability, and internal company equity.
