Senior Subject Matter Expert Signature Reduction with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Assist and conduct signature reduction planning, coordination, briefings, and associated product development.
• Work directly with assigned units and multi-echelon joint staff to integrate signature-reduction plans in support of mission requirements.
• Develop products including concepts of operation, plans, deployment orders, reporting requirements, support concepts, information papers, and assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in signature reduction, OPSEC, technical surveillance, or related fields, including 3-5+ years supporting SOF, IC, or other sensitive mission sets.
• Demonstrated understanding of physical, technical, and digital signature-management measures.
• Strong briefing and coordination skills across multiple HQ and unit levels.
• TOP SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with low-visibility operations, cover and attribution management, or special mission support.
