Subject Matter Expert (Cleared – AI/ML | Data | Integration Arch with Security Clearance

Position Overview

OSAAVA Services is seeking senior-level Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to provide technical leadership supporting secure mission modernization initiatives aligned with operations at the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) located at Wright-Patterson AFB. These roles will support architecture development, cloud modernization strategies, and system integration efforts within classified environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide architectural and technical leadership across mission systems and modernization initiatives
• Design and guide AI/ML deployment strategies within secure environments
• Lead data transformation and migration initiatives supporting modern data platforms
• Arcitect cross-domain integration solutions across mission and enterprise systems
• Advise government and program leadership on modernization strategies and technical direction
• Support DevSecOps integration and secure cloud adoption efforts
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity frameworks, including RMF and STIG standards
• Collaborate with engineering and program teams to support secure system architecture and modernization planning

Required Qualifications

• Active security clearance (or recently held and eligible for reinstatement)
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)
• 8+ years of technical experience supporting cleared or classified programs
• Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas:
• AI / Machine Learning architecture
• Enterprise data architecture
• Systems integration architecture
• Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM)
• Experience operating within secure cloud ecosystems supporting mission systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC) or cross-domain data environments
• Experience supporting large-scale modernization or digital transformation initiatives
• Experience leading legacy-to-modern system transformation efforts
• Experience advising senior government stakeholders or program leadership
• Experience supporting Air Force, DoD, or intelligence community mission systems
