About the role
The Senior Subcontract Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing subcontractor relationships within the organization. This includes contract administration, compliance monitoring, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee subcontractor relationships, including contract administration and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on subcontractor performance and compliance.
- Resolve issues and conflicts between the organization and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to subcontractor agreements and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and meet project milestones.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in subcontract management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of federal and state regulations applicable to subcontract management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
