Responsibilities

• Deploy the team according to your store’s floor plan and deliver team briefs
• Manage the delivery of our products, ensuring efficient processing by the team and quick newness on our floors
• Deal with daily tasks and requests accurately and quickly, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate and share AllSaints values with the stylists
• Implement best practices and ways of working within the store, mentoring new joiners, and demonstrating the AllSaints way of working
• Support the brand leader and store manager with management responsibilities, ensuring back-of-house operations are completed and standards are maintained
• Lead the placement of our bestsellers and key investment merchandising to attract customers
• Identify and pursue selling opportunities by approaching customers with the intention of building rapport, influencing styling, and closing the sale
• Maintain customer loyalty and trust by making service decisions for customers to resolve issues
• Use available training materials to confidently display thorough product knowledge to sell the AllSaints brand and upskill the stylist team

Requirements

• At least a year of experience as a stylist at AllSaints
• Already delivering great and consistent performance as a stylist with the ambition to step up into line management in the medium team
• Live and breathe AllSaints values and behaviors and can confidently explain these expectations to other members of the team
• Confident and capable in your role with a great understanding of AllSaints' processes and procedures
• Positive attitude and winning mentality to achieve results
• Action-oriented and solution-driven to achieve results, proactive in problem-solving and resolving issues
• Tech-savvy; proficient in processing transactions and store deliveries using in-store digital tools
• Able to assert authority in a fair and consistent manner, trusted by the stylist team to escalate minor store or people issues
• Innovative and reactive to trade, able to quickly adapt the shop floor to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Loving fashion! An irresistible ambassador for AllSaints and a believer in the power of an amazing new outfit

Skills

• Skilled in communications, event management, and social media proficiency
• Styling acumen and relationship-building abilities

Pay

This is a full-time hourly position available at a rate of: $21.00 - $22.00 USD, plus bonus potential.

About the location

Our North America region is made up of 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We are primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our brand's iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
