About the Role

As the Senior Stylist, you’ll be the right-hand to the Store Leader, a personal styling coach for the team, and a community cheerleader. You thrive on planning events, have a keen eye for design, and love tackling new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bride’s advocate, delivering unique, one-of-a-kind guest experiences
• Champion product knowledge and styling training to drive sales through strong conversion and average order value (AOV)
• Develop innovative outreach strategies to grow brand awareness and generate appointments
• Leverage product expertise to create a visually stunning guest environment through merchandising
• Mentor and motivate a team of stylists while fostering a positive, energetic culture
• Support the Store Leader with recruitment, community outreach, and operational tasks

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in an elevated service environment is a plus
