Senior Stylist

Responsibilities

• Achieving Sales & KPIs
• Increasing average basket in quantity and value (UPT, VPT)
• Developing cross-selling opportunities
• Knowledge of RTW and Accessories construction and vocabulary
• Cultivating exceptional client relationships
• Establishing action plans and strategies to increase and develop client base
• Upgrading high potentials and regaining lost clients
• Engaging clients through open questions and providing information for sales
• Solving client issues promptly and proposing solutions
• Participating in client events and high-ticket events
• Welcoming clients in the boutique, over the phone, and by email
• Developing a client book and updating the client database
• Nurturing client loyalty through excellent service
• Ensuring the Boutique is kept tidy, clean, and welcoming
• Respecting and applying security rules
• Completing sales by taking care of the cash desk
• Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge
• Following ALAÏA grooming standards
• Participating in team meetings and events
• Managing inventory counts
• Representing the highest standards of visual merchandising
• Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products and trends, collections to tell the story of ALAÏA
• Understanding the Maison's heritage & values

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail; fashion, accessories and RTW oriented
• Previous experience in retail sales and operations
• Strong sales techniques and clienteling
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong drive to succeed - proactive approach
• Able to work open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 20lb boxes regularly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email
