Responsibilities
- Execute diverse strategic projects prioritized by the company’s leadership
- Develop and deploy operational processes in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Engage in high-impact initiatives to gain broad exposure across the company
- Manage the company's KPIs and facilitate annual/quarterly planning processes
- Collaborate with leadership on visible initiatives influencing business outcomes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a strategic problem-solving role, ideally in consulting, banking, or startups
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for synthesizing complex data
- Prior proven ability to break down unstructured problems and implement solutions across teams
- Detail-oriented with a history of delivering successful operational initiatives
- Interest or experience in healthcare, aimed at improving the U.S. healthcare system
