About the Opportunity

The Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst will manage and optimize the workflows for the organization's global colocation infrastructure, bridging business, finance, and engineering teams. This role is central to creating operational visibility and consistency in supply and demand planning, building capacity models, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders. The position enables data-driven decision-making to enhance predictability and efficiency in infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute system requirements and business processes for colocation infrastructure.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and provide data-backed solutions to leadership.
  • Build and adjust models to capture demand and coordinate inputs for predictable planning.
  • Translate physical infrastructure constraints into planning models.
  • Align and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure workflow adherence and process compliance.
  • Manage data controls and reporting frameworks for colocation modeling.
  • Collaborate with modeling and analytics teams to automate workflows and system inputs.
  • Use SQL to query databases and audit inputs for data accuracy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Systems Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, MIS, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in designing structured, automated workflows from manual operations.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience coordinating matrixed teams and maintaining stakeholder alignment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and enterprise planning or visualization tools (preferably Anaplan and/or Tableau).
  • Knowledge of data center capacity planning and infrastructure parameters.
  • Strong data storytelling skills to convey complex information clearly.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

For US-based candidates, base salary ranges from $112,500 to $202,500 per year, with compensation determined by factors including experience, skills, certifications, and location. Compensation may include annual bonuses, equity awards, and participation in an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
